Day Four

Dear Knightess,

Oh god, from 12:01AM to about 3:00AM constituted the night from hell. There was a hurricane going on, obviously, so I spent from about 10:30PM until 12:00AM talking to mom and dad on Skype. At which point the RA knocks on my door and tells me we're evacuating to the lounge downstairs due to a tornado warning. It took me about ten minutes to get out of my room because my laptop was too hot and I didn't want to leave it out where it could get busted or stolen, and I also didn't want to lock it up where it could go on fire. So I kept running back and forth between my bed and the chest under my window for five minutes before I started holding my laptop in front of the fan to cool it down. ....Then I got dragged out of my room and downstairs to an equally or less safe room. Never underestimate the stupidity of idiots and their "protocol".

Anyway, after being let out to return to our rooms a half an hour later, I finally managed to crash at some time around 3:00AM, then woke up again at 8:30AM to go shower and get dressed and such. I pretty much spent the rest of the day in my friends' room down the hall watching The Walking Dead and playing Truth or Dare until dinner. It was pretty fun, actually. Then we headed back, and one of the girls went back to my room while the others went to watch the Rocky Horror Picture Show in their room. The one with me left after about two hours, and I pretty much stayed in my room. That's been about my day. Urgh; sleep; fun; dinner; fun; boring. Daisuro, Knightess.
